Signing into the BluJaket Portal

Getting logged in is simple. 
  1. Goto https://portal.blujaket.com
  2. Using the same Google or Facebook account used for logging into the mobile app
  3. You're all set! 

Adding Employees as editors for your business.

Whether its a boss who wants access to reporting or a assisstant manager that needs to manage the deals for their location, adding other employees in your business to BluJaket is easy. 
  1. Edit Company 
  2. Add User under Editors using their Google or Facebook account. 
  3. Voilà!

BluJaket is a performanced based marketing platform focused on results. Using our Sting breakdown report you can see the following data: 
  1. Offers Sent

  4. Estimated ROI - (Average Sale Price - Offer Value) * # of Redemptions - Subscription Price = ROI

Activating and Deactivating Licenses 

The number of licenses you have determines how many concurrent locations you can have active. It can also help you create multiple deals and locaitons once and repurose them by strategically assigning your licenses to them. 


Updating Offer Timeframes

Use time frames to choose when your offers will go out to customers. Here are some tips and tricks for setting up timeframes. 
  • For best results mirror your standard business hours
  • End 1 hour before you close so customers have time to use it
  • Create multiple timeframes for a single day if need be
  • Use shorter timeframes to avoid busy times such as lunch buffet or brunch. 

Turning Locations On & Off

Why would you ever need to turn off your location? 
Perhaps it is a holiday weekend such as Cinco De Mayo or St. Particks Day and sending out offers during on these days could overwhelm your staff in addition to the holiday crowd. 

This might also come in handy on a random night where your short staffed and multiple large parties take up a large portion of your seating. 

Average Sale Price, Offer Value & ROI

The Average Sale Price and Offer value are key metrics to track when calculating your ROI. 
  • Average Sale - calcuated by averaging all sales in a given months or year. For example, $1000 in total sales revenue from 50 sales equals an average sale price of $20
  • Offer Value - is dollar amount value of the offer. For example a free appetizer might have an offer value of $8.00
